JonWilliamson.comAuthor comment: Kuppenheimer was not a particularly "Ivy" brand, but they obviously followed the trend that year. And I like the copy. I'm considering a blog devoted entirely to blatanly misogynistic (or maybe just sexist) advertising of the 50's and 60's. This and the cigar post would be a good start.
