Stanley Blacker was very popular in Texas in the 60's. Very affordable and current. He helped popularize the sport coat. His Texas salesman was an old New Yorker named Red Vogel that called on my father. Red was very flamboyant with shocking bright red hair and wore combinations then that nobody did, such as bright orange shirts with white collars and white french cuffs.
